Justin Dart, Jr.


Dart has recorded four decades of advocacy for human rights in the USA, Mexico, Japan, Vietnam, Canada, the Netherlands, and Germany, serving in five gubernatorial, one Congressional and five Presidential appointments. In the area of disability policy, he has advocated for the civil rights and empowerment of people with disabilities in every nation.

Chairperson of the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights, Height has been involved in social service for some six decades, as president of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW); organizing voter registration in the South, voter education in the North, and scholarship programs for student civil rights workers; through her involvement with the Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA); and through her advocacy for improved conditions for black domestic workers.
