About the Role:

The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights and The Leadership Conference Education Fund seek a Senior Operations Manager to provide direct support to the Chief Operating Officer in leading system modernization, process re-engineering, and capacity building efforts to enable a strengthened, nimble, and more efficient operational enterprise.  As the organization has experienced exponential growth over the past four years, we are reassessing our processes and systems for managing infrastructure operations.  In addition, we are introducing new tools and practices for enhanced project management and workflow efficiency to enable the high impact of our mission-driven work.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive system modernization and integration projects, providing thought leadership with a focus on streamlining and automating processes to improve workflow efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, information-sharing, and data-informed reporting capabilities
  • Lead change initiatives by assessing, planning, and implementing organizational-wide systems and tools to enhance work efficiencies and outcomes
  • Research and champion best practices in project management, and orient, train, and support staff on project management practices, platforms, and tools
  • Lead cross-functional teams and liaise with vendors and external stakeholders in developing and implementing systems, new technology solutions, and process improvements.
  • Provide project management support for workplace culture initiatives and office management activities

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrated interest in organizational effectiveness with at least 5 years of experience managing or significantly contributing to operational improvements.
  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements and/or building systems to streamline or reengineer processes for greater efficiency and accountability.
  • Proven analytical skills coupled with intellectual curiosity.
  • Strong oral communicator with excellent writing skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail and follow-through.
  • Proven talent for the development and execution of long-term planning and strategy
  • Strong commitment to team building, team leadership and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Salary Range – $88,052 – $107,174
