Whitney Herrington recently served as the Director of People and Technology at the Southern Poverty Law Center in Montgomery, Alabama. In that role, she served as a member of the SPLC’s senior leadership team and provided oversight on all issues relating to strategic planning, program expansion, and organizational growth and strategy. Previously, she served as a consultant to several for-profit and non-profit organizations on human capital and talent management. She is a graduate of both Georgia State University where she received her MBA and Western Michigan University where she received a degree in finance.
