Black Immigrants Fight for Racial Justice, Immigrants’ Rights as Election Approaches

WASHINGTON — As part of programming for the Black Justice is Our Justice campaign, The Leadership Conference Education Fund and Black Alliance for Just Immigration (BAJI) will host a Facebook live conversation on Thursday, October 29 at 3:00 p.m. ET focused on how Black immigrants can fight for their rights and make a difference in the upcoming election as part of the ongoing fight against white supremacy in America.

The panel discussion will feature singer and activist Goapele, in addition to Nana Gyamfi, executive director of the Black Alliance for Just Immigration, and Iman Boukadoum, senior program manager at The Leadership Conference Education Fund.
