WASHINGTON – On Tuesday, April 24 at 11:30 a.m. ET, members of Congress and civil rights leaders will hold a telephone press briefing in opposition to President Trump’s nomination of Stuart Kyle Duncan to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. The Senate is expected to vote this week on Duncan’s nomination as a lifetime judge.
