The Leadership Conference Filed an Amicus Brief in Ass’n of Private Sector Colleges & Univs. v. Duncan
On November 24, 2015, The Leadership Conference filed a brief urging the Court to affirm the district court’s decision granting summary judgment to the government and upholding the Gainful Employment rule, arguing that APSCU disregards portions of the rulemaking analysis that considered the Rule’s impact on students and for-profit institutions and that students are harmed by enrolling in career education programs that do not provide a quality education.
