The Leadership Conference Filed an Amicus Brief in Broadcaster’s Assn v. FCC

On January 16, 2011, The Leadership Conference filed a brief in support of Respondents, supporting the FCC Rule advocating against discriminatory recruitment practices in the hiring of women and minorities, and that the Rule required review of whether or not to renew a broadcast station’s license if hiring practices were in violation of this Rule.
