The Leadership Conference joins an Amicus Brief in Dorsey v. United States Hill v. United States
On January 30, 2012, The Leadership Conference joined the ACLU in filing a brief alleging that Congress intended to immediately rectify the unfair, discriminatory and discredited 100:1 sentencing guideline in passing the Fair Sentencing Act.
