The Leadership Conference Filed an Amicus Brief in Obergefell v. Himes
On May 1, 2014, The Leadership Conference filed a brief in support of Plaintiffs-Appellees, arguing that the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit should hold that laws that discriminate based on sexual orientation are subject to heightened scrutiny under the Equal Protection Clause.
