The Leadership Conference Filed an Amicus Brief in Shelby County v. Holder
On February 1, 2013, The Leadership Conference filed in support of the Appellees, arguing that there is real and substantial risk that the progress made in combating voting discrimination since 1965 will be eroded if § 5 of the Voting Rights Act is invalidated.
