The Leadership Conference filed an Amicus brief in PHH Corporation, et al v. CFPB

On March 31, 2017 and November 30, 2016,  The Leadership Conference filed a brief in PHH Corporation, et al v. CFPB, urging the Supreme Court to decide the constitutional question and uphold the constitutionality of the CFPB’s structure.
