The Leadership Conference Joins an Amicus Brief in Pennsylvania v. Trump

On March 25, 2019 The Leadership Conference joined an amicus brief in Pennsylvania v. Trump, which argued for gender and racial equality through the rejection of a contraception rule that would be discriminatory if implemented; urging the court not to allow religious beliefs to trump laws designed to ensure equal participation in society.
