The Leadership Conference Joins an Amicus Brief in Rucho v. Common Cause
On March 8, 2019 The Leadership Conference joined in amicus brief in Rucho v. Common Cause, which urged the court to establish a standard for adjudicating claims of gerrymandering that ensures that such claims succeed only when plaintiffs prove invidious discrimination distinct from legitimate political choices.
