The Leadership Conference joins an Amicus Brief in Vance v. Ball State University

On September 5, 2012, The Leadership Conference joined the National Partnership for Women & Families, et al., in filing a brief urging the Court to reverse the Seventh Circuit’s decision and rule that vicarious liability extends to “supervisor harassment if the supervisor has authority to direct and oversee the work of the target of the harassment.”
