The Leadership Conference Filed an Amicus Brief in Wal-mart Store v. Dukes

On March 1, 2011, The Leadership Conference filed a brief with the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund in declaring that “Title VII jurisprudence has consistently recognized that class treatment of claims alleging pervasive and system wide discrimination is often the best, and sometimes the only, way to ensure effective resolution of claims of workplace civil rights violations.
