The Leadership Conference Filed an Amicus Brief in Florida v. Department of Health and Human Services (Medicaid)
On January 13, 2012, The Leadership Conference filed a brief in conjunction with the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund, et al., arguing that the Medicaid Expansion Provision furthers U.S. compliance with its international human rights treaty obligations and ensures equality in access to adequate health care regardless of race.
