The Leadership Conference joins An Amicus Brief in Magner v. Gallagher
On January 30, 2012, The Leadership Conference joined the Lawyers’ Committee in filing a brief supporting the 8th Circuit Court, which found that the enforcement of housing regulations had a disproportionate and illegal impact on African-Americans.
