Civil and Human Rights Coalition Applauds Confirmation of Pamela Harris to U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit

Washington, D.C. – Nancy Zirkin, executive vice president of The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, issued the following statement after the Senate confirmed Pamela Harris to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit:
