Advisory: Supreme Court Press Calls on Pending Civil Rights Cases on College Diversity and Political Redistricting

WASHINGTON – On the days that the Supreme Court releases decisions in the major college diversity and political redistricting cases, Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin and Evenwel v. Abbott, a coalition of civil rights litigation and advocacy organizations will host press calls at 12:30 ET to analyze and provide commentary on the rulings. In the event that both the Fisher and Evenwel decisions come down on the same day, there will be one press call at 12:30 ET to analyze both rulings. The cases are Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin and Evenwel v. Abbott.

The next scheduled decision day is April 4. Decisions are released at 10:00 AM ET. It is possible that the Court will add more decision days.
