Nancy Maldonado’s Experience Will Make Her an Exceptional Jurist

Her experience in civil rights and employment law is needed on the federal bench, and she would bring new perspectives to this court as the first Latina woman to ever serve as a U.S. Senate-confirmed judge in the state of Illinois. Ms. Maldonado’s impressive experience protecting the rights of working people will make her an exceptional jurist, and we urge the Senate to swiftly confirm her.”
