The Leadership Conference joins an Amicus Brief in Arnold Schwarzenegger et al., Appellants v. Marciano Plata

On October 29, 2010, The Leadership Conference joined the ACLU in filing a brief supporting the lower courts, which found that the treatment of prisoners and the overcrowding of prisons violated the 8th amendment.
