The Leadership Conference Filed an Amicus Brief in Bostic, et al. v. Schaeffer, et al.

On April 18, 2014, The Leadership Conference filed a brief arguing that laws that discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, including state laws that exclude same-sex couples from marriage, are subject to heightened scrutiny under the Equal Protection Clause.
