The Leadership Conference joins an Amicus Brief in INS v. Kim

On October 28, 2002, The Leadership Conference joined The National Asian Pacific American Legal Consortium, et al., in support of Respondent, arguing the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment protects citizens, as well as lawful permanent residents, against any deprivation of liberty without due process of law.
