The Leadership Conference joins an Amicus Brief in Kiobel v. Royal Dutch Petroleum

On June 12, 2012, The Leadership Conference joined the brief submitted by Human Rights First and the Anti-Defamation League in support of Petitioners, which argued that the Alien Tort Statute should be interpreted to include redress for “abuses occurring [against foreign nationals] in the territory of a foreign sovereign.”
