The Leadership Conference Joins an Amicus Brief in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard College
On August 1, 2022—Leadership Conference joins an amicus brief filed by 38 organizations committed to race and gender equality in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard College and Students for Fair Admissions v. University of North Carolina urging the Supreme Court to follow its precedent and uphold race-conscious admissions policies in higher education, known as “affirmative action.”
