The Leadership Conference Filed an Amicus Brief in Schuette v. Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action, Cantrell v. Attorney General Michael Cox

On August 30, 2013, The Leadership Conference filed a brief in support of Respondents Chase Cantrell, et al., arguing that heightened judicial scrutiny under the political restructuring doctrine is appropriate for race-focused constitutional amendments passed by ballot initiative.
