The Leadership Conference joins an Amicus Brief in Texas v. ICP

On December 23, 2014, The Leadership Conference joined The Lawyers’ Committee, et al., in support of the Respondent, arguing that The Fair Housing Act’s prohibition of unjustified disparate impact remains a powerful and necessary tool for dismantling discriminatory housing practices and barriers to equal housing opportunities on a community-wide basis.
