On September 1, 2017 The Leadership Conference filed an Amicus Brief in Gill, et al. v. Whitford, et al., urging the Supreme Court to adopt a justiciable standard for adjudicating partisan gerrymandering claims and a properly structured cause of action addressing egregious partisan gerrymandering.
