The Leadership Conference Filed an Amicus Brief in United States v. Texas
On March 8, 2016, The Leadership Conference filed a brief urging the Court to reverse the lower court’s decision and vacate the preliminary injunction that is “standing in the way of implementing DAPA and expanded DACA, which would benefit this country in countless ways.”
