The Leadership Conference Joins an Amicus Brief in American Alliance for Equal Rights v. Fearless Fund Management
On September 1, 2023, The Leadership Conference joined an amicus brief in American Alliance for Equal Rights v. Fearless Fund Management, urging the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia to find that racial equity programs are consistent with and further the goals of the Civil Rights Act of 1866 known as Section 1981.
