The Leadership Conference Joins an Amicus Brief in Department of Homeland Security v. Regents of the University of California
On October 4, 2019, The Leadership Conference joined an amicus brief in Department of Homeland Security v. Regents of the University of California, which argues that DHS failed to consider serious reliance interests engendered by the DACA program prior to termination, in violation of the Administrative Procedures Act.
