The Leadership Conference Joins an Amicus Brief in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization
On September 20, 2021—The Leadership Conference joins an amicus brief with Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law and 16 civil rights organizations in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization to urge the Supreme Court to uphold the right to abortion as protected under Roe and Casey, rather than overturn those cases.
