The Leadership Conference Joins an Amicus Brief in Husted v. A. Randolph Institute, et al.
On September 22, 2017 the Leadership Conference joined an amicus brief in Husted v. A. Randolph Institute, et al., urging the Supreme Court to affirm the Sixth Circuit Court’s decision and follow the Department of Justice’s prior, twenty-year-long position that HAVA and NVRA prohibit laws, like Ohio’s, that trigger the removal of a voter based on voter inactivity.
