The Leadership Conference Joins an Amicus Brief in Merrill v. Milligan
On July 18, 2022—The Leadership Conference joined an amicus brief with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law and Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund in Merrill v. Milligan urging the Supreme Court to protect voters of color from race discrimination that occurs during redistricting.
