The Leadership Conference Joins an Amicus Brief in United States v. Varner
On March 20, 2020, The Leadership Conference joined an amicus brief in United States v. Varner urging the Court to withdraw the majority opinion and replace it with one that respects the litigant’s gender identity because the opinion reinforces discrimination, inequality and indignity.
