The Leadership Conference Joins an Amicus Brief in California v. Ross
On July 24, 2018 the The Leadership Conference joined and amicus brief in California v. Ross, urging that inclusion of the citizenship question is necessary to ensure proper enforcement of the Voting Rights Act.
