The Leadership Conference Joins an Amicus Brief in In re Ex Parte Moore
On November 1, 2017, The Leadership Conference joined in an amicus brief in In re Ex Parte Moore, urging the Court to follow the reasoning articulated by the Supreme Court of the United States in Moore v. Texas, 137 S. Ct. 1039 (2017), to decline any invitation to depart from that reasoning, and to vacate Moore’s death sentence.
