The Leadership Conference joins an Amicus Brief in University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center v. Nassar

On April 10, 2013, The Leadership Conference joined the National Employment Lawyers Association in filing a brief in support of Respondent, arguing that “motivating factor” analysis should be available in Title VII retaliation claims.
