The Leadership Conference joins an Amicus Brief in Arizona v. The Inter Tribal Council of Arizona, Inc.

On January 22, 2013, The Leadership Conference joined the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund Inc., et al., in support of Respondents, arguing states have a long and well-documented history of discriminating against voters.
