The Leadership Conference Filed an Amicus Brief in Evenwel v. Abbott
On September 25, 2015, The Leadership Conference filed a brief urging the Court to affirm the lower court’s decision and reaffirm that the Fourteenth Amendment’s “one-person, one vote” requirement is satisfied when districts are drawn so as to be approximately equal in total population.
