The Leadership Conference Joins an Amicus Brief in Consumer Financial Protection Bureau v. Community Financial Services of America
On May 15, 2023, The Leadership Conference joined an amicus brief in Consumer Financial Protection Bureau v. Community Financial Services of America urging the Supreme Court to find that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) funding structure is constitutional, which would allow CFPB to continue its work of advancing financial opportunity and shared economic progress, including for communities of color.
