December 23, 2020, The Leadership Conference joined an amicus brief in FCC v. Prometheus Radio Project, which argues that the Third Circuit correctly vacated as arbitrary and capricious the FCC’s revised media ownership rules on the ground that the agency did not adequately consider the likely effect of the regulatory changes on ownership of broadcast stations by women or people of color.
