The Leadership Conference Filed an Amicus Brief in Young v. United Parcel Service, Inc.

On September 11, 2014, The Leadership Conference filed a brief in support of Petitioner, arguing that the Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit erred in concluding that UPS’s practice of accommodating non-pregnant employees with similar work restrictions was not direct evidence of discrimination.
