WASHINGTON — The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, joined by 43 national civil and human rights organizations, called on the Biden administration and the U.S. Department of Education to ensure educational environments free from discrimination on the basis of sex, including sexual orientation, gender identity, transgender status, sex stereotypes, sex characteristics, or pregnancy and related conditions.
